My purchase hasn't arrived yet. What can I do?

 

Each payment platform processes its purchases differently and sometimes your purchases may not be delivered instantly. In fact, most of the pending purchases are there for security check and it may take 2-3 hours to complete. If your purchase still has not arrived, please follow the steps to get the necessary information for further help:

 

Check the purchase in "My Orders"

You can check the details of all your orders here. If the money was deducted from your account but you cannot find the pending order here, it probably means it has not been registered on our end. In this case, please send us a ticket for further confirmation. Remember to attach a screenshot of the receipt from the payment platform, including the payment ID, amount and date.

 

If you can find the pending order here,

Please submit a ticket with the Order Number and the Payment Date.
