Reset Password:
You can reset your password for security purposes or change it if you forget it. Please click on “Forget Password?” on the login panel or visit https://www.r2games.com/user/retakepassword.

Enter the bound email address/nickname of your account to continue.

There are three ways to reset your password:

1. If you have verified your email, please reset your password via the email. You will receive a mail from R2Games and please follow the instruction to finish the reset. If you will not receive the mail, please recheck your spam/junk inbox or send a verifying mail again.

2. If you have set the security questions, you can answer them to reset your password.

3. If you have not verified your email, please send us a ticket to reset your password.

You will be required to provide the following information for further verification:

• Character Name

• Server Name

• The current email address bound to your R2Games account

• 2-3 screenshots of the payment record from the payment platform, including payment ID, amount and date

Once the verification is done, we will send you the new password via ticket. Please wait for the reply from the customer service.
